gaye baras ki eid ka din kiya acha tha chand ko dekh ke uska chehra dekha tha   faza mein cactus ke lehje ki nermahat thi mausam apne rang mein faiz ka mesrah tha   Dua ke be-awaz, ulohi lamhoon mein woh lamha bhi kitna dilkash lamha tha   haath utha ker jab Aankhoon hi aankhoon mein... uss ne mujh ko apne Rab se manga tha   Phir mere chehre ko haatoon mein le ker kitne piyaar se mera matha chooma tha!   Hawa! kuch aj ki shab ka ahwaal suna kiya woh apni chat per aj akeela tha?   ya koi mere jessi saath thi, aur uss ne chand ko dekh ke uss ka chehra dekha tha? ~Parveen Shakir~
